Standard Business Terms
Complete and total confidentiality of all projects is guaranteed. We shall sign
a NDA contract with the client when required.
Payment terms shall be based on total estimated project cost, but normal payment
terms shall be:
Projects with Dollar-value below US$1,000:
- 50% advance on signing of contract
- 25% on project testing stage and final corrections
- 25% on project delivery and signoff
Projects with Dollar-value exceeding US$1,000:
- 25% advance on signing of contract
- 50% on project testing stage or as decided on achievement of milestones
- 25% on project delivery
We are open to discussions on prices/payment terms prior to selection.
